Wildlife rehabilitation is a self-funded activity; there is no local, state, or federal funding available, and paid positions are few and far between. Most rehabilitators ultimately seek ways to raise funds to cover expenses associated with animal care. In this course, we explore various fundraising solutions, requirements for success, and common reasons for failure. We will also look briefly at the pros and cons of establishing a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Upon receipt of payment, the digital recording files and participant materials will be sent to you by email from bwmidcities.wetransfer.com. This email may go to your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours please contact us at bwmidcities@batworld.org.
