Upon receipt of payment, the download link for the digital recording files and participant materials will be sent to you. If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours please contact us at bwmidcities@batworld.org. Please note all course material is copyrighted and may not be distributed, sold, or shared. Once you have viewed the recorded course and supplemental materials, complete the included exam and return it to bwmidcities@batworld.org. A score of 80% is required to receive a certificate of completion.
